Conference fee (VAT 0 %) is 30€ and it includes:
- conference programme and materials
- lunches and coffees
The conference fee is to be paid when registering for the event.
Conference dinner on 13 July costs 40 € and it is also to be paid when registering.
Payment by credit card or PayPal (no additional charges).
For Finnish participants, available payment methods also include online banking and invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 euros, VAT 0 %, will be added).
Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 euros (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
Please notice that invoicing is an available payment method only for participants from Finnish organizations.
For cancellations received by 27 June 2016, the paid registration fees will be refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The already registered participation can be transferred to another person from the same organization without any extra charge. All requests for cancellations, refunds and registration transfers must always be made by e-mail to email@example.com.
